MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Richard F. Boulware, II on 8/4/2026. In its May 7, 2026, Order to Show Cause, the Court ordered that "Respondents shall not remove or transfer Petitioners from this judicial district without leave of this Court." ECF No. 5 . Since then, an immigration judge has granted the Petitioner Yesenia Esmerelda Amaya's request for voluntary departure and Ms. Amaya chose not to appeal that order. Ms. Amaya now asks the Court to modify its prior order to facilitate her prompt voluntary departure to El Salvador. See Mot. to Modify Transfer Order 2, ECF No. 12 . Respondents have not opposed the modification.IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED Petitioner's unopposed motion to modify thetransfer order (ECF No. 12 ) is GRANTED. Respondents are hereby granted leave and permitted to transfer Ms. Amaya outside of this district for the purpose of effectuating her voluntary departure.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Respondents must file a status report within 10 days advising if and when Ms. Amaya voluntarily departed.
