MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: (1) Hoque's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is GRANTED; (2) Jason Maydaks Motion to Substitute Party 5 is GRANTED, the Clerk of Court shall MODIFY the docket to substitute Jason Mayd ak for Les K. Hill as one of the Respondents in this proceeding; (3) Respondents are ORDERED to immediately release Petitioner, or in the alternative, provide him with a constitutionally adequate bond hearing where the government bears t he burden of proof by clear and convincing evidence under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within seven (7) days of the date of this Order; and (4) Respondents shall file a Status Report with this Court on or before June 3, 2026 to certify compliance with this Order.
