ORDER granting petition for a writ of habeas corpus and denying 4 Motion for TRO as moot by District Judge Benjamin J. Cheeks. On May 18, 2026, Petitioner Samuel Mateo-Juan filed an Amended Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. ECF No. 8. Respondents do not oppose the petition and defer[] to the Court on the appropriate relief. ECF No. 9 at 2. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Respondents shall immediately release Petitioner under the previously determined conditions.
