ORDER. Respondents have agreed that Petitioner is entitled to a bond hearing. ECF No. 9. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Petitioner's Petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 for an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge. Within ten days of this Order, Respondents are ORDERED to hold an individualized bond hearing before a neutral immigration judge in which the government bears the burden of establishing by clear and convincing evidence that Petitioner is a danger to the community or a flight risk if released. Respondents shall also provide Petitioner with a Bete interpreter at the hearing who Petitioner can understand. The immigration judge shall consider alternative conditions of release and Petitioner's ability to pay bond if he determines bond is appropriate.
