ORDER This matter is before the Court on 16 Motion to Enforce Judgment (the Motion). The Motion is GRANTED. Based upon the lack of brief in opposition to this Motion, the Court finds that any argument against Petitioner's immediate release has been forfeited. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that Petitioner be released from custody on the same terms as his former humanitarian parole on or before Monday, July 6, 2026, at noon MT.
