(Text-Only) ORDER. The May 4, 2026 Order enjoining Respondents from removing Petitioner from Minnesota (Doc. No. 5) is EXTENDED for good cause under Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(b)(2) until June 1, 2026 at 8:59 a.m., unless extended by further court order. Petitioner raises colorable claims to relief, and his removal from Minnesota would frustrate the Court's ability to adjudicate those claims. Under these circumstances, maintaining the TRO is justified. This Order does not resolve any pending claims other than to maintain the status quo pending final adjudication. Ordered by Judge Jerry W. Blackwell on 5/18/2026. (LC2) (Entered: 05/18/2026)
