Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to STRIKE the emergency designation of 9 Emergency Petition for Return to District. The Motion itself shall remain pending. To the extent Petitioner wishes to rely on his 12 Supplemental Certification of Emergency, this filing does not include Petitioner's signature as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(a). Thus, the Clerk is likewise DIRECTED to STRIKE the 12 Supplemental Certification of Emergency. Finally, the Court is concerned that Petitioner's signature on the Emergency Motion does not match the signature provided on his original Petition. Further, Petitioner's Emergency Motion indicates that "Petitioner has been transferred from Krome North Service Processing Center to a location presently unknown to him, his family, and the undersigned." This statement, together with the mismatched signatures, suggests that the individual preparing and signing Petitioner's filings is not the Petitioner himself. However, Petitioner has indicated to this Court that he is proceeding pro se. If an individual other than Petitioner himself is participating in or assisting with his representation by submitting filings to the Court under his name and with his signature, the Court shall be immediately notified of such fact.
