ORDER - The Clerk must substitute Erik Rokosky for Respondent Unknown Warden of Eloy Detention Center. Respondent must answer the Petition. The Clerk must serve a copy of the Summons, the Petition (Doc. 1 ) and this Order on the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, States Attorney General, and to Respondent by certified mail. The Clerk must immediately transmit by email a copy of this Order and the Petition to AUSA Melissa Kroeger, Lon Leavitt, Theo Nickerson, Dina Anagnopoulos, and Mary Finlon.
