TEXT ORDER : This matter comes before the Court on the pro se Petitioner's amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, (D.E. No. 4 ), Respondents' expedited answer, (D.E. No. 28 ), Petitioner's reply, (D.E. No. 42 ), Petitioner's filing of nine formal motions for relief, (see D.E. Nos. 24, 31, 35, 53, 67, 69, 71, 78 & 85 ), Petitioner's filing of approximately fifty other submissions from May 20, 2026 through August 9, 2026, (see generally Dkt.), and two letters from a non-party, (D.E. No. 18 & 59 ).
