MINUTE ORDER. Having reviewed Respondents' 3 Response and in accordance with this Court's prior Orders, see, e.g., Minute Entry, Vasquez-Diaz v. LaRose, No. 25-cv-3038 TWR (JLB) (S.D. Cal. Nov. 13, 2025), ECF No. 6, the Court GRANTS the Petition and ORDERS Respondents to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within fourteen days.
