TEXT ORDER ORDER: Because neither party disputes that the Petitioner is detained in the Boone County jail, which is in the Eastern District of Kentucky, any challenge to the lawfulness of his confinement must be brought in that district. See Rumsfield v. Padilla, 542 U.S. 426, 44243 (2004). Accordingly, the Court transfers this case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky for all further proceedings.
