ORDER. Before the Court is Ramon Abdiel Gallardo-Guzman's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Dkt. No. 1 . The petition asserts that Gallardo-Guzman is detained at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas. The Prairieland Detention Center is in Johnson County, Texas, which is in the Northern District of Texas. But the Dallas Division serves Johnson County, not the Abilene Division. As a result, the Court directs the Clerk to transfer this petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.
