MINUTE ORDER Denying Petition Without Prejudice. Presently before the Court is Petitioner Hossein Sarempour's 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. As previously ordered by this Court, see Minute Entry, Sarempour v. LaRose, Case No. 26-cv-1233-TWR (DEB) (S.D. Cal. entered March 12, 2026), ECF No. 7, Petitioner received a bond hearing on March 17, 2026, and now seeks review of the Immigration Judge's denial of bond. This Court does not have jurisdiction to review this discretionary decision. See Prieto-Romero v. Clark, 534 F.3d 1053, 1058 (9th Cir. 2008) ("The alien may appeal the IJ's bond decision to the BIA, see 8 C.F.R. § 236.1(d)(3), but discretionary decisions granting or denying bond are not subject to judicial review."). Further, Petitioner has failed to exhaust his administrative remedies by appealing to the BIA. See Leonardo v. Crawford, 646 F.3d 1157, 1161 (9th Cir. 2011).
