This is a text only entry; no document issued. ORDER denying 8 Motion for TRO. Petitioner seeks Zadvydas relief based on his alleged prolonged detention. The Court finds that his petition does not satisfy the requirements for a temporary restraining order. He essentially seeks expedited consideration of his Zadvydas claim which has already been under consideration by this court in another case in which a report and recommendation has been submitted to the district judge and for which the objection period has not expired. To the extent that petitioner attempts to bolster the irreparable harm element of his TRO claim with allegations related to conditions of confinement, the Court observes that condition of confinement claims are not actionable in habeas.
