TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed the Government's correspondence indicating its intention to remove Petitioner within the next two weeks and requesting permission to transfer Petitioner to a staging facility to effectuate that process. (ECF No. 8 .) The Government, however, has not provided clear evidence that it has, rather than is merely pursuing, a travel document sufficient to effectuate Petitioner's removal. To the extent the Government wishes to have the transfer restriction lifted in this matter, the Government shall provide the Court with evidence that it now possesses a travel document for Petitioner by Friday June 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. So Ordered by Judge Michael A. Shipp on 6/24/2026. (jab) (Entered: 06/24/2026)
