TEXT ORDER: TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon a Temporary Restraining Order pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65 and L. Civ. R. 65.1 The Court has reviewed the Petition and finds that Petitioner is detained pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a), which requires an individualized bond hearing. It is on this day of April 26, 2026, ORDERED that Respondents shall provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) and 8 C.F.R. § 236.1(d) within five (5) days of the date of this Order, and within three (3) days of the bond hearing, Respondents shall file a letter advising the Court of the outcome. Petitioner shall not be transferred from the District of New Jersey during the pendency of these proceedings. It is further ORDERED that Petitioners request for immediate release is DENIED.
