ORDER APPOINTING COUNSEL AND REQUIRING RESPONDENTS TO SHOW CAUSE. IT IS ORDERED that the Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada ("FPD") is APPOINTED to represent Petitioner and is directed to file a notice of appearance by Ap ril 29, 2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court will send a copy of this Order to the FPD and the CJA coordinator for this division. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner, with the assistance of counsel, must either pay the fili ng fee or submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis by May 5, 2026. ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1 -1) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Respondents must provide Petitioner with a bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) by May 28, 2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if bond is granted, Respondents shall IMMEDIATELY RELEASE Petitioner from detention.
