ORDER granting 14 Motion for Expedited Entry of Final Judgment. This Court denied Petitioner's original Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 without prejudice 13 primarily because Petitioner's detention did not extend beyond the 6-month presumptively reasonable time period outlined in Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678, 689 (2001). In 13 this Court instructed Petitioner that he could file an amended petition when his detention extends beyond 6 months. As of the writing of this Order, Petitioner has been detained for less than 6 months. Therefore, the same analysis from this Court's May 15, 2026, Order 13 applies to the Amended Petition 17 . Moreover, Petitioner has had a final order of removal to Ecuador since December 30, 2025, and Respondents put forth convincing evidence that the only impediment to Petitioner's removal is this Court's April 24, 2026, Order not to remove Petitioner 4 . As such, Petitioner's Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 17 is DENIED. Respondents' Motion for Expedited Entry of Final Judgement 14 is GRANTED. This Court's All Writs Order at 4 is VACATED. SO ORDERED by Judge Regina M. Rodriguez on 6/26/2026. Text Only Entry(rmrja) (Entered: 06/26/2026)
