ORDER by Judge Derrick K. Watson: The Court has received and reviewed the Application for Temporary Restraining Order. ECF No. 3 . Because of the expedited briefing schedule on the underlying Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, ECF No. 1, the Court is not convinced that emergency relief is necessary. See General Order No. 26-05.
