ORDER OF DISMISSAL-- Petitioner, an immigration detainee, initiated this habeas action contesting the legality of his continued detention. See Dkt. No. 1 at 6-7. Six days thereafter, an attorney acting on his behalf filed a second petition. Compare Sylla v. Warden, No. 26-CV-2341-OLG (W.D. Tex. Apr. 8, 2026), with Sylla v. Warden, No. 26-CV-2444-OLG (W.D. Tex. Apr. 14, 2026). Accordingly, the present action should be dismissed as moot, allowing the counseled case to address any issues raised herein.
