TEXT ORDER - The Court has reviewed the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 and the record presently before it and finds that immediate relief is warranted. Accordingly, it is on this 23rd day of April, 2026, ORDERED that Petitioner shall be RELEASED from Respondents' custody within twenty-four (24) hours of this Order, that Petitioner shall be restored to the legal posture and status he or she occupied immediately prior to detention, and that Respondents shall file proof of Petitioner's release on the docket within forty-eight (48) hours of the entry of this Order.
