Chief District Judge Denise J. Casper: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. The Court has reviewed the government's notice of intention, filed today, to move Petitioner on Sunday in preparation for his removal pursuant to a reinstated removal order, D. 10. The government made reference to an intent to have this removal order reinstated in its response to the Petition, filed on November 25, 2025, but it apparently had not been reinstated at that time and Petitioner did not file (or seek to file a reply) to the answer then or in two weeks since that response was filed. Given the notice of imminent transfer, however, the Court gives Petitioner until tomorrow at 5 pm to file, if he chooses, a reply to the government's answer and/or notice to transfer, D. 9-10. The government seeks to have the Court revoke its prior Order, D. 4, but that Order remains in place at the moment.(LMH) (Entered: 12/12/2025)
