ORDER: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2243, this Court orders Respondents to show cause why the Petition Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1) should not be granted. 28 U.S.C. § 2243. Counsel for Petitioner must serve this Order to Show Cause to Respondents by Friday, April 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Respondents must file a response to this Order to Show Cause by Monday, April 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Petitioner shall have the opportunity to file a reply by Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
