MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: (1) Bah's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is GRANTED; (2) Respondents are ORDERED to immediately release Petitioner, or in the alternative, provide him with a constitutionally adequate bond hearing where government bears the burden of proof by clear and convincing evidence under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within 7 days of date of this Order; and (3) Respondents shall file a Status Report with this Court on or before May 29, 2026 to certify compliance with this Order.
