TEXT ORDER: In response to the petition for a writ of habeas corpus (DN 1 ), the Court directs respondents to show cause, no later than 11/8/25, why the writ should not be granted. See 28 U.S.C. § 2243. The Court also sets a hearing with Judge Beaton on 11/12/25, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern, in the Louisville courthouse. The hearing will address the petition for a writ of habeas corpus and any other issues ripe for the Court's review. Petitioner's counsel is directed to file a report, no later than 11/10/25, indicating what if any factual issues the petition presents. The Clerk of Court shall forward by certified mail, return receipt requested, one copy of the petition and this order on each Respondent.
