Text Only Entry: This case comes before the Court on Petitioner's Ex Parte Application for a Temporary Restraining Order (Dkt. No. 3 ) and Petitioner's Application for Order to Show Cause Re: Preliminary Injunction. (Dkt. No. 4 ). General Order 25-06, which was entered in this case, provides an expedited briefing schedule and was designed to reduce the number of cases necessitating TROs and preliminary injunctions. Petitioner is ORDERED to file a response to this Order by April 22, 2026, identifying any emergency or exigent circumstance that could not be adequately addressed by the expedited briefing schedule on the Petition and therefore requires a TRO or a preliminary injunction.
