ORDER - The Calexico Field Office Director and ICE Director are dismissed. The Clerk must substitute David R. Rivas, Markwayne Mullin, and Todd Blanche for Respondents as discussed herein. The Clerk must serve a copy of the Summons, the Petition (Doc. 1 ) and this Order on the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, United States Attorney General, and to Respondents by certified mail. The Clerk must immediately transmit by email a copy of this Order and the Petition to AUSA Melissa Kroeger, Lon Leavitt, Theo Nickerson, Dina Anagnopoulos, and Mary Finlon.
