ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: On March 25, 2026, this Court ordered respondents to provide Sow a bond hearing by April 8, 2026. See Sow v. LaRose, et al., 26-cv-1115-AGS-MMP (S.D. Cal. March 25, 2026), at ECF 8. The order directed that "the government shall bear the burden of proof, by clear and convincing evidence, that Petitioner poses a danger to the community or a risk of flight." Id. at 1. Petitioner has now filed the present petition, alleging that "[n]o findings have been made that [petitioner] is a flight risk" or "a danger to the community." (ECF 1, at 5.)
