The parties agreed that the Temporary Restraining Order entered by the Court on May 22, 2026 precluding the transfer of Petitioner outside of the United States shall remain in effect until further order of the Court, providing an opportunity for the parties to submit additional briefing on the issues discussed at the hearing and for the Court to take the briefing under advisement. The Court adopts the following agreement by the parties: On or before 6/8/2026, Petitioner shall file an amended habeas petition that includes any relevant updates on Petitioner's ongoing immigration proceedings. On or before 6/15/2026, Respondents shall file their response to the amended petition, and should also include any additional relevant updates about the ongoing proceedings. After the conclusion of supplemental briefing, the Court will determine whether a second hearing is appropriate.
