Judge Allison D. Burroughs: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. Based upon the specific circumstances of this case, the Court orders U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to release Petitioner Alexis Mulrain pursuant to an Order of Supervision pending his scheduled removal from the United States. The Court's order allows ICE to utilize reasonable terms and conditions in implementing the Order of Supervision, to include G.P.S. monitoring and travel restrictions. The Court additionally orders that Petitioner comply with ICE's instructions concerning his removal from the United States and leaves to ICE's discretion whether to order Petitioner to return to ICE custody no earlier than May 8, 2026, or to abide by instructions concerning departure from an airport on a date and time as directed by ICE. The Courts order, [ECF No. 4 ], prohibiting Petitioner from being "deported, removed, or otherwise transferred outside of the United States," is hereby dissolved in accordance with this Order.
