MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: Petitioner Venfil Rivero Sales Ambrocio's Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus (Filing No. 1 ) is granted in part and denied in part, as set forth above. The Federal Respondents shall provide Petitioner with a bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) and the corresponding regulations within seven days of this order. If the Federal Respondents do not provide Respondent with a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) as required by this Order, Petitioner must be immediately released from detention. Within ten days of the date of this Order, the parties shall provide the Court with a status update concerning the results of any bond hearing conducted pursuant to this Order, or if no bond hearing was held, advise the Court regarding Petitioner's release. Petitioner's Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Temporary Restraining Order (Filing No. 2 ) is denied as moot. Counsel for the Federal Respondents shall inform Respondent Chris Kleinberg as to the decision of the Court upon the filing of the Court's Memorandum and Order. A separate judgment will be entered.
