TEXT ORDER. The Court issued a Text Order on July 29, 2026 asking the parties to address whether this case is duplicative of 6:26-cv-06362 and if there are any outstanding issues to be resolved in this case before it is closed. Dkt. 9. In light of Respondents' 10 status report, and the lack of any response from Petitioner, this Court finds that this action is duplicative of 6:26-cv-06362 where Respondents were ordered to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing by June 1, 2026. Respondents submit that a bond hearing was provided on May 29, 2026. Dkt. [10-1]. Accordingly, this action is moot, and the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. SO ORDERED. Issued by Hon.
