MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta on 11/18/2025: On November 7, 2025, the Court granted Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and set a briefing schedule for Petitioner's Motion for Preliminary Injunction. (ECF No. 8 .) Petitioner filed their Motion for Preliminary Injunction on November 11, 2025, as required by the Court's order. (ECF No 9 .) By that order, Respondents' opposition to Petitioner's Motion for Preliminary Injunction, if any, was to be filed on or before November 17, 2025. (See ECF No. 8 .) To date, Respondents have not opposed or otherwise responded to Petitioner's Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Accordingly, on or before November 21, 2025, Respondents shall SHOW CAUSE, in writing, why Respondents' failure to file an opposition should not be treated as non-opposition to the Court granting Petitioner's Motion for Preliminary Injunction and issuing a preliminary injunction on the same terms as the Temporary Restraining Order. See Local Rule 230(c). The hearing on Petitioner's Motion for Preliminary Injunction, scheduled for November 21, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., is VACATED.
