TEXT ORDER This Court is in receipt of Petitioner's letter alleging that his bond hearing was delayed for one week and the Immigration Judge denied bond in a two-word decision. (Dkt. No. 13.) These facts do not entitle Petitioner to immediate release. This Court lacks jurisdiction to review any discretionary determinations underlying the immigration judge's bond decision, and a motion to enforce the Court's judgment does not substitute for an appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals, but the Court can review whether the bond hearing was fundamentally unfair. Ghanem v. Warden Essex Cnty. Corr. Facility, No. 21-1908, 2022 WL 574624, at *2 (3d Cir. Feb. 25, 2022). If Petitioner wishes to make such a challenge, he may file a copy of the hearing transcript and a brief memorandum in support of his motion by January 19, 2026.
