The remaining claims are DISMISSED fo r lack of jurisdiction. 2) In order to ensure that Petitioner has an opportunity to make transportation arrangements, the court requests the following timeline for his release: a. Petitioner shall be released from detention on Tuesday, August 18 , 2026, between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. b.
