ORDER by District Judge Sarah M. Davenport directing the government to SHOW CAUSE why Petitioner should not be released for failure to comply with this Court's Order dated September 16, 2026. The Order required the government to provide Petitioner with a constitutionally adequate, individualized, and substantive bond hearing before an immigration judge, where the burden was placed on the government to justify Petitioner's continued detention by clear and convincing evidence that he is either a flight risk or a danger to the community if released. Doc. 11 at 8. Upon review, the representations in the government's Notice of Compliance and the attached decision of the immigration judge are not sufficient to find that the government complied with the Court's Order. See Doc. 12. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the government shall file a written response to this Order to Show Cause on or before October 12, 2026. [THIS IS A TEXT ONLY ENTRY. THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTS ATTACHED.] (mok) (Entered: 10/06/2026)
