TEXT ORDER: In accordance with this Court's decision in Maldonado v. Cabezas, No. 25-13004, 2025 WL 2985256 (D.N.J. Oct. 23, 2025), the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF 1) is GRANTED. Respondents are ordered to release Petitioner from detention with twenty-four (24) hours. Respondents are permanently enjoined from rearresting or otherwise detaining Petitioner under 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(2). A supplemental opinion and order outlining the Court's reasoning is forthcoming.
