NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER. The Clerk is directed to change the caption of this case to reflect that the only proper petitioner is Juan Diego Parra Cortez, who is proceeding pro se. Janet Cortes Becerra will be removed as a party to the case. However, the case cannot proceed without any suggestion of interest from Parra Cortez. As a result, if Petitioner Parra Cortez wishes to pursue these habeas claims, he must file an amended petition within 30 days. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to Becerra. But she will not receive any further notice of the proceedings here. The Clerk is also directed to mail Petitioner Parra Cortez a copy of the original petition filed here, Dkt. The Fifth Amendment does not require his release in these circumstances. Thus, the amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus, Dkt. No. 8, is denied.
