MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Miranda M. Du on 5/18/2026. By Deputy Clerk: Karen Walker.The Court directed Petitioner to either move to dismiss or file an amended petition. (ECF No. 3 .) Petitioner filed a first amended petition on May 15, 2026. (ECF No. 7 ("FAP").) The Court now directs Respondents to file a response to the FAP by May 25, 2026. Considering Petitioner alleges he is a member of the certified class Jacobo-Ramirez v. Mullin, No. 25-cv-02136-RFB-MDC (D. Nev), the Court directs Respondents to file the following documents along with their response: (1) I-200 Warrant for Arrest of Alien; (2) Form I-286 Initial Custody Determination; (3) Form I-862 Notice to Appear; (4) Form I-213 Record of Deportable or Inadmissible Alien; (5) all immigration court orders in Petitioner's removal proceedings; (6) documents reflecting any appeal of any immigration court orders by Department of Homeland Security or Petitioner; (7) transcripts and/or audio recordings of any custody redetermination proceedings. See Harris v. Nelson, 394 U.S. 286, 29495 (1969) (authorizing the Court to "fashion appropriate modes of procedure" to "summarily hear and determine the facts[ ] and dispose of the matter as law and justice require").
