MEMORANDUM ORDER that Petitioner's Renewed Motion 11 is GRANTED in part; that the Clerk of Court shall REMAND this matter to DHS/ICE to vacate the additional conditions of release imposed on Petitioner by ICE after the Immigration Judge releas ed Petitioner on bond; that the parties shall meet and confer, within 10 days of this Order, on whether Petitioner retains the opportunity to seek return of his personal documents under ERO Directive 11311; and upon the expiration of the 10-day period, Petitioner shall file a status report.
