Text of Order: The court has reviewed the petition for writ of habeas corpus, in which the petitioner challenges his detention by the Department of Homeland Security and seeks relief under the Due Process Clause and as a member of the classes certified in Guerrero Orellana v. Moniz, 2025 WL 3687757 (D. Mass. Dec. 19, 2025) and Maldonado Bautista v. Santacruz, 2025 WL 3288403 (C.D. Cal. Nov. 25, 2025). The petition does not contain sufficient factual information to allow the court to conclude that the petitioner is a member of the Maldonado Bautista or Guerrero Orellana class, or to understand what other due process measures apply to his case. On or before April 15, 2026, the petitioner is ordered to supplement his petition with factual, non-conclusory information to substantiate his claims, including but not limited to information about his criminal history (or lack thereof) and the circumstances surrounding his October 2025 arrest by ICE.
