PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On April 10, 2026, Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus challenging her detention at Krome North Processing Center in Miami, Florida ("Petition") (DE 1 ). Upon review of the Petition, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1) Respondents SHALL NOT transfer or otherwise move Petitioner from Krome North Processing Center until further order of the Court. (2) Within five days, Respondents shall file a memorandum of fact and law to show cause why this Petition should not be granted and shall file all necessary documents for the resolution of the Petition. (3) Petitioner may, but is not required to, file a Reply within seven (7) days of Respondents' Response. The Reply shall not exceed ten (10) pages and shall otherwise comply with the Court's Local Rules governing the form of filings. See S.D. Fla. L.R. 7.1(c); S.D. Fla. L.R. 5.1(a)(4). PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. The Court previously granted, in part, Petitioner's habeas petition and ordered Respondents to afford Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). (DE 11 ). The record reflects that Respondents complied with that Order by producing Petitioner before an immigration law judge for a bond hearing. (DE 12 ). Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this action is DISMISSED. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. All deadlines and hearings are CANCELED. This case is CLOSED.
