Order In keeping with how this Court has handled ICE detention habeas cases in the past several months, the Court hereby GRANTS IN PART Petitioner's 2 motion for a Temporary Restraining Order. The Government is hereby restrained from transferring Petitioner outside of this district, pending the consideration of all claims before the Court. Petitioner is ordered to file a supplement to their petition no later than April 27, 2026. This supplement must contain information clarifying the circumstances of Petitioner's arrest and detention (including the onset date), as well as information about Petitioner's entry into the United States (including date, location, whether they were inspected at the border by an agent, etc.).
