PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On April 9, 2026, Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Petition") (DE 1 ). Upon review of the Petition, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: (1)Respondents SHALL not transfer or otherwise move Petitioner from Krome North Processing Center until further order of the Court. (2)Within five days, Respondents shall file a memorandum of fact and law to show cause why this Petition should not be granted and shall file all necessary documents for the resolution of the Petition.(3)Petitioner may, but is not required to, file a Reply within seven (7) days of Respondents' Response.
