SECOND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Petitioner Bashir Altayeb is a federal immigration detainee at the ICE Aurora Contract Detention Facility in Aurora, Colorado. Petitioner has filed, through counsel, a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Amended). (ECF No. 19 ). Upon reviewing the amended petition (ECF No. 19), good cause appears.
