ORDER: (1)The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of Gonzalez Juan's Petition 1 and this Order by electronic mail to the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky. (2) Respondent shall file its response to the Petition within fourteen (14) days after the date of entry of this Order. The response should be in the form of a memorandum addressing the factual allegations and legal claims contained in the Petition.
