*AMENDED by Doc. 5 * ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Respondent John E. Cantu is dismissed. The Clerk of Court must substitute Eric Rokosky, Warden of Eloy Detention Center, as Respondent for "Unknown Rokousouki." The Clerk of Court must substitute Markwayne Mullin as Respondent for Kristi Noem. Petitioner's Motion to Appoint Counsel (Doc. 2 ) is denied without prejudice. Counsel for Petitioner must immediately serve the Petition (Doc. 1 ) and a copy of this Order on Respondents. If not already issued, the Clerk of Court must issue any properly completed summonses. ORDER: 1. Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Doc. 1 ) is granted as to his Zadvydas v. Davis claim and is otherwise denied as moot. 2. Respondents must immediately release Petitioner from custody under the same conditions that existed before Petitioner's detention. 3. Respondents must provide a notice of compliance within three days of releasing Petitioner. 4.
