(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Petitioner represents that more immediate relief is required given that she is being denied medically necessary care at the immigration detention center. The Court therefore SETS the following briefing schedule on the ex parte application for a temporary restraining order (TRO): Respondents shall respond to the TRO application by April 10; Petitioner shall file a reply by April 13. In addition to responding to the merits of Petitioner's TRO application, the government shall address the status of Petitioner's medical treatment and whether she is receiving appropriate care.
