ORDER. Petitioner seeks an order preventing his transfer from this Court's jurisdiction, the request is denied as unnecessary. And to the extent that Petitioner seeks to prevent his removal while this habeas petition remains pending, the Court lacks jurisdiction to do so. See Dkt. No. 7 . Thus, Petitioner's motion for limited TRO, Dkt. No. 11, is denied. The second motion for immediate release or a bond hearing, Dkt. No. 12, must be denied for the same reasons as before. Dkt. No. 7. Ortega, Nos. 26-50183, 26-50219, 26-50221, 2026 WL 1906557, at *14, 16 (5th Cir. July 2, 2026). See Dkt. No. 19 . The Fifth Circuit has vacated the panel opinion in order to rehear that case en banc.
