This is a text only entry; no document issued. ORDER granting in part and denying in part 2 Motion for TRO. To maintain the status quo and avoid the mooting of Petitioner's claim, the Court orders that Respondents shall not remove Petitioner from the United States until further order of the Court. The Court does not order Petitioner released from detention at this time. This temporary restraining order shall remain in place until April 21, 2026, unless otherwise vacated or extended by the Court. This order along with Petitioner's petition shall be promptly served upon Respondents. If Respondents object to the extension of this order until the Court is able to rule on Petitioner's habeas corpus claim, they shall file an objection no later than April 14, 2026. Failure to do so shall be considered consent to such extension of the Order, and the Order shall be automatically extended until further order of the Court. This matter shall remain referred to the Magistrate Judge who shall order an expedited response to the petition for habeas relief and who shall provide a report and recommendation to the undersigned.
